Heat Sink – Copper and Aluminium
Skived Fin Heat Sinks are constructed from a single piece of material and offer reduced thermal resistance as there is no joint between the base and fins. These heat sinks have greater heat transfer than other single piece construction heat sinks such as Extruded Aluminium heat sinks.
- Skiving Fin width : ≤600mm
- Skiving Fin height : ≤120mm.
- Skiving Fin thickness : 0.2 ~ 1.5mm.
- The distance between skiving Fin : 0.3 ~ 10mm.
